When we decided to rent Villa des Sapins, we wanted to make sure your holidays would be as happy and carefree as possible.
Simply everything is included, apart from the phone, which is for incoming calls only. We also start the season with a full cupboard of oils, vinegars, spices and condiments, washing powder, washing up liquid, and loo rolls etc. If you empty something, please be kind enough to replace it for those who come after you.
Pricing per week
All utilities and broadband access is included in the price, as well as a deep clean between guest bookings, and all towel and bed linen laundry.
- Jan 1st – March 31st: €2975
- April 1st – May 30th €3775
- June 1 – Sept 30th: €4675
- Oct 1 – Dec 17th: €3775
- Dec 17th – Jan 7th: €6175
We request a damage deposit of €850 per booking, fully refundable after your stay if there has been no damage. Any significant damage or loss should be reported immediately to the owners or to Julie, our housekeeper. The cost of any extra cleaning, repairs and replacements, will be charged to the deposit.

To make a booking please first read the booking Terms and Conditions. Then simply complete and return the booking form. We will hold telephone and email reservations for four days in low season and 48 hours in high season to give your paperwork time to arrive! We’re sorry but the property is not suitable for animals, or for weddings / hen and stag parties.
